Each Property will be photographed to include a slide show and individually listed on Beach Accommodations website and online booking module available 24/7 for guests.

Each unit is inspected by our in house inspector before every check-in to ensure the quality of the unit is maintained from guest to guest. If the unit is ever empty for more than two weeks at a time it will be inspected bi-weekly during the time it is not rented to ensure quality is kept. Every year or promptly if changes are made BAI will update all of its information regarding your property including but not limited to up to any photos and information regarding property amenities, safety inspections, and deep cleanings.

BAI understands the importance of marketing and has implemented the following marketing strategies to make your unit as visible as possible to the public. BAI is also doing daily updates and searching the newest and most effective ways to advertise and market vacation rentals.
  • Each individual unit will have a listing on www.BeachAccommodations.com and www.FortMyersBeach-FL.com.
  • Extensive search engine marketing on Google (including Google local, base, and maps), Yahoo, MSN and 7 Search with daily updates.
  • Website ads and links thru many different websites. Also individual property listings with photos and details located on more that 10 other websites.
  • Email campaign includes extensive and frequent mass emails sent to past guests and inquiries to inform them of specials, new units, general beach happenings, etc.
Our office is open Monday – Friday 9-5 Saturday 9-3 excluding certain holidays. We have an emergency contact available 24/7 to service any owner or guests and owner needs.

BAI has also set forth a controlled number of properties to enter our program. This is so all units are in fair competition and are not competing with an unlimited number of other units directly in BAI’s management program. To us a controlled number of properties equals the ability to provide quality services kept to high standards.
